■ [제품] CGSim (Crystal Growth Simulator)

l Melt (Si, Ge, III/V, oxides, fluorides, halides 등) 또는 Solution (SiC, GaN 등)에서 결정을 성장하는 공법

(Czochralski, DS, Kyropoulos, HEM, Bridgman, FZ, Flux Method 등)에 대한 전용 모델링 프로그램

l 기존의 범용 모델링 프로그램에 비해서 User-friendly interface 를 가지고 있고, 공정에 필요한

database와 equation이 프로그램에 탑재되어 있기 때문에, 시뮬레이션 전문가가 아니더라도 효과적으로 사용 가능

l CGSim package는 CGSim-2D, Flow Module-3D, Cz Dynamics 로 구성됨
