SimuLED (Software package for LED and laser diode design and optimization)

lThe SimuLED software tool is designed for analysis and optimization of LEDs and laser diodes.
SimuLED implements the multi-scale approach to LED and LD modeling.
The SimuLED package consists of three compatible software tools : ​SiLENSe, SpeCLED and RATRO.
